10 Year warranty

Legacy guarantees against latent defects in the construction or workmanship for a period of (10) years after completion of your project.

4 year warranty

We determined its best to only use the best quality materials for all of our projects. We can assist you if any issues arise concerning the materials used in your remodel. Legacy Renovations will supply you any manufactured warranties from our industry partners at the time of construction. Should a manufacturer need to repair or replace and appliance, manufactured component, equipment or material as per their warranties, Legacy will gladly assist you with coordinating the process. Through not legally obligated to, Legacy may also provide you with the construction labor related to the repair or replacement without charge.
